Formerly residential garden land adjacent to a listed building, this site located in the centre of Bredhurst Village, Maidstone is  located outside of the settlement boundary and contrary to development policy.

 

Classicus Estates acted as promoter for the landowners submitting a planning application for 6No bespoke detached properties and a multi use community building.

Further to obtaining planning permission Classicus Estates the land was subsequently sold on the open market to a local developer with construction now completed.
