The land currently part of a rural farmstead and equestrian facility is located in the picturesque village of Cliffe, near Rochester.

Located outside of the settlement boundary Classicus Estates acted as a joint venture partner with the landowner to secure planning permission for 6No large bespoke self build properties on 2 acres of private paddock.

Further to Classicus successfully securing outline planning consent Classicus Estates are working with the landowner with respect to the delivery of infrastructure, detailed planning permission and sale of  the  individual plots.

Construction commenced autumn 2019 following the private sale of all plots to self build customers.
