Classicus Estates agreed terms to acquire this 9 acre edge of settlement site located in  the village of Cliffe Woods, Rochester. Previously disused scrub land the site was purchased subject to obtaining planning permission for residential, commercial and community uses.

The proposals included 92No high quality residential dwellings & 737 sq m of employment space comprising serviced offices  and pre school nursery to serve the needs of the local community.

Planning permission was granted in summer 2019 and the site was sold onto a local award winning residential developer with construction works ongoing.
